The heart of the company - production. Brose Sitech sp. z o.o. implements innovative solutions in the production of top-class car seats. Before the product reaches the customer, it goes through a number of production processes.
The first step is forming, during which the steel is subjected to various processes. Then, the elements are welded through permanent joining of construction parts made of metal. The next stage is painting. The coating obtained after cataphoretic dip painting process provides long-term corrosion protection. The final assembly is the last step in the manufacturing process, where the product is given its final shape.
Every stage of the manufacturing process is regularly supported and checked by our QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT. The customer’s requirements are our top priority, so the final product is thoroughly inspected and analysed. LOGISTICS takes care of delivering products to our customer on time.
The first stage of the manufacturing process is FORMING, where the steel undergoes various processes.
Structural elements are created using 9 transfer presses and 3 progressive presses, with a press force of between 200 and 2600 tonnes. The rapid tool replacement process allows great flexibility in implementing the manufacturing programme. We process 156 tonnes of steel sheet every day.
The individual elements of the seat frames are combined through various WELDING techniques.
In SITECH, in addition to tungsten insert gas (TIG), we use metal inert gas (MIG), metal active gas (MAG), CMT, MicroMig and laser. Thanks to our modern welding methods, we achieve stable and precise welding processes.
PAINTING is another fully automated stage.
The coating obtained after cataphoretic dip painting process provides long-term corrosion protection. Two modern painting lines are used to paint 44,000 m2 metal surfaces every week.
FINAL ASSEMBLY is the last step in the manufacturing process, where the product is given its final shape.
In our state of the art SITECH Września plant we upholster 550 car seats every day.
