The Ambassador of the Polish Economy 2019
"The Ambassador of the Polish Economy" competition, organized by the Business Center Club, was decided on September 25, 2019, in Warsaw. SITECH received the title of "Creator of 21st Century Solutions".
The winners of this competition are companies with high economic and financial standards, with many successes in international markets.
The jury selects winners in six categories: "Exporter", "Global Company", "Creator of 21st Century Solutions", "European Brand", "Best Quality", "Partner of foreign companies".

"PracoDawca Zdrowia" title
"PracoDawca Zdrowia" is a program that aims to promote health prevention and to increase interest in research for the detection of civilization diseases, especially cancer.
Only 13 institutions received the award, SITECH Sp. z o.o. is the only one from the automotive industry.
In order to be certified, the following criteria had to be met: to promote a healthy lifestyle and adequate nutrition in the company, to make employees aware of the need to carry out cancer prevention tests and to support preventive examinations.

POLITYKA’s CSR Silver Leaf
SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the POLITYKA’s CSR Silver Leaf CSR Polityka in the 8th edition of socially responsible companies for 2018.
The POLITYKA’s CSR Silver Leaf is given to companies that declare to take into account all key solutions of ISO 26000 in their daily operations. These companies often rely on the best local and global practices and apply international standards. Additionally, an important element of their work is the ethics management system and the highest standards of personnel management. They regularly inform their stakeholders about the effects of their activities.

SITECH Sp. z o.o. was awarded with the title of "Firma Dobrze Widziana" 2019.
The award of "Firma Dobrze Widziana" title is an expression of recognition and acknowledgment to the company, its management, and employees for social commitment and implementation of the idea of corporate social responsibility.

European Medal
SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the European Medal for COMPLETE CAR SEATS FOR VW CRAFTER
The European Medal is a nationwide project which aim is to: distinguish and promote products and services offered by companies operating in Poland, stimulate interest in European standards and regulations applicable in the European Union, make examples of good quality public in Poland and in the European Union and promote methods of achieving it, stimulate interest in the European Union's multi-million market among Polish entrepreneurs, stimulate interest of consumers and entrepreneurs from European Union countries in the European Medal winners.

Polish Automotive Industry Award 2018
MotoSolutions is one of the most important events in the Polish automotive market. The main advantage of this event over others is the fact that current information about the automotive market is presented and it is a perfect combination of business and technical topics.
During this year's Forum, Polish Automotive Industry Awards were presented - distinctions for manufacturing companies awarded by AutomotiveSuppliers.pl, an analytical company, and the Forum organizer.
SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the award in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The Fourth Diamond to the Golden Statuette of the Polish Business Leader
In 2019, SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the FOURTH DIAMOND to the Golden Statuette of the Polish Business Leader.
Business Center Club, supporting entrepreneurship and market economy, organizes the nationwide competition "Polish Business Leader", which aim is to distinguish and reward companies and their bosses that achieve the best economic results and stand out due to their commitment to the economic development of the country, observing the principles of business ethics and conducting social activities and charity.

Human Resources Management Leader
SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the Golden Statuette and the title of Human Resources Management Leader for outstanding achievements in all areas of human resource management.
The originator of the competition is the Institute of Labour and Social Policy, and the aim is to promote knowledge and the best practical experience in the field of human resources management.

SITECH Sp. z o.o. received the Top Quality HR Certificate 2019. This is an award granted by PSZK to companies with the highest human capital management standards, based on objective research.
The Top Quality HR Certification Study focuses on the practical dimension of HR policies and tools used by the company. The research concerns, among others, the following areas: recruitment and outplacement, motivation and remuneration systems, employee development, internal communication, employer branding, and CSR.

Orzeł "Wprost" 2019 - Business Leader
Orły "WPROST" are awards for companies, local governments, outstanding personalities of the region as well as cross-border and transnational projects.
It is an award for those who make a special contribution to the development of the economy, the region, and the country, who take care of the Republic of Poland not only in great works and deeds but also in seemingly minor decisions and actions, which in their everyday struggles create the shape of today's Poland.
