Their role is to ensure constant compliance of the company, inter alia, by taking into account legal and business requirements, identifying existing and potential compliance risks, monitoring and assessing the performance of the system and compliance and control procedures, adapting, coordinating and implementing compliance and risk management activities within the business as well as improving and monitoring the management processes for changing compliance risks.
