Moto Idea – an award for industry leaders

This year, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Moto Idea Gala and the anniversary of the conference, the companies that have had a significant impact on the automotive sector in Poland in recent years have been awarded.

This way, not only last year's merits of our company were appreciated, but above all the effects of SITECH Sp. z o.o.'s long-standing activity on the market. The award for exerting a huge influence on the entire automotive industry in Poland was received on behalf of the Company by Rafał Zarecki, Construction Manager and EDK. This award highlights the fact that we are leaders in innovation, automation and robotization. It also proves that, as a company that cares about the education and development of its employees, we contribute to the continuous improvement of working conditions and the improvement of staff qualifications. All these factors make us a company that is not only successful in its industry, but also sets trends on the Polish automotive market.

On this occasion, a representative of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Prof. Andrzej Ambroziak, was also present on the stage. This is because SITECH was the first company in Lower Silesia to decide to establish dual studies in cooperation with WRUST. Such cooperation - especially in the context of how much is said about proper education and training of staff - can be an example for others. The advantage of such education system is well qualified personnel, which also results in lower costs of recruitment and adaptation of future employees and increases SITECH's competitiveness among other companies. The great benefits of such an approach are also for the students: it includes the acquisition of practical professional knowledge and new skills by the students, professional education tailored to the specific expectations of the labor market and a smooth transition from education to professional life.

This award confirms that the comprehensive approach implemented in SITECH Sp. z o.o. to creating and managing the work environment is well recognized by the automotive industry in Poland.
